Here we are. 

Finally.... Week 1 of the Quest. 

It's taken about a year to get here but DA is now lodged money is paid and away we go. So at the start what do we want to achieve. 3 things... except it will be more

- reimagine our home of 25 years into our home and investment for the future.

- build an exemplar of the type of townhouse project that can achieve affordable and desireable homes in the middle ring of the city.

- Bigger is not Better; Better is Better. These townhomes are designed for first home buyers, couples, singles, downsizers looking for a lock and leave home. The 2 bedder plus study first or compact home and the 3 Bed highset of the seventies reimagined into functional and usable flexible spaces for living. And plenty of car spaces for homes and visitors in all homes.

It's the first week so there are other objectives, feelings and the works but for now that's where I will leave it.
